12 WEEKS. 10 MEN. ONE FUTURE WORTH WORKING TOWARDS.

Live Online Men's Personal Development Program

Commencing 5 January 2027

WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON BEHIND THE SCENES?

We can spend hours talking about work, sport, cars, business and everything happening in the world. But how often do men actually sit down together and talk about what's really going on in their lives?

And I don't mean the usual go-to of, "Yeah, all good, mate," when someone asks how things are.

I mean what's really happening behind the scenes. The shit you're actually living through, not the version of your life you're portraying to everyone else.

You know, the stuff like sleeping on the couch because your marriage has hit rough waters. Or how you really feel knowing another bloke is now living in the home you once shared, helping raise your children.

Perhaps you've spent fifteen years working for the same company, given them every damn last drop of yourself, and suddenly you're being made redundant because they're restructuring.

Maybe an injury has changed your ability to work or enjoy the things you once loved. Perhaps you're experiencing erectile difficulties, intimacy has disappeared from your relationship, or you're struggling to recognise the man you've become and the life you're now living.

Then there are the things that aren't always so obvious.

Maybe you've spent years in a relationship that's been toxic, painful or emotionally exhausting, yet the thought of being alone frightens you more than the thought of staying.

Perhaps you find yourself becoming jealous, insecure or constantly needing reassurance. You struggle to trust, even when you want to. You overthink conversations, question people's intentions or feel anxious when someone pulls away.

Maybe you have a hard time standing up for yourself. You avoid confrontation, struggle to say no and spend so much time trying to keep everyone else happy that you've forgotten what actually makes you happy.

Or perhaps you find yourself self-sabotaging the very things you want most.

You want a healthy relationship, yet you push people away when they get too close. You want to feel confident, but constantly second-guess yourself. You want things to change, yet somehow you keep falling back into the same behaviours that leave you feeling frustrated, disappointed or alone.

And the hardest part? Sometimes you know you're doing it, but you don't understand why or how to stop.

Maybe you simply don't feel good enough.

Not lovable enough. Not worthy enough. Not deserving of the things you see other people enjoying.

You might be dealing with anxiety, depression, loneliness or a sense that somewhere along the way, you've lost yourself.

And here's the thing.

A man can be successful, respected, financially secure and surrounded by people, yet still feel completely lost in one part of his world. And sometimes the people closest to him have absolutely no idea.

That's the man I want Future Me to reach.

Not because there's something wrong with him.

But because I believe there's a difference between getting through life and actually enjoying the life you're living.

WHEN DID TALKING BECOME SO DIFFICULT?

Think about the messages many men grew up hearing.

"Big boys don't cry."

"Harden up."

"Man up, mate."

"Get over it."

Somewhere along the way, many men learnt that being strong meant keeping things to themselves. That showing emotion meant losing control. That asking for help meant they weren't coping.

And then we wonder why, years later, those same men struggle to explain how they're feeling, communicate what they need or let someone know when life has become bloody hard.

It's not that men don't have emotions.

It's that some have spent a lifetime learning how not to show them.

I've spent years listening to men talk about their lives, their relationships, their fears, their frustrations and the things they rarely say out loud.

And something I've learnt is that men don't always need someone to tell them what to do.

Sometimes they need the opportunity to understand why they do what they do.

Why they react the way they react.

Why they keep ending up in the same situations.

Why they can give so much to everyone around them and still feel like they're falling short.

And why, despite everything they've achieved, they don't necessarily feel good about themselves.

I can't promise to calm the sea or remove every wave life throws at you.

But I can throw you a life jacket.

And that's part of why I've created Future Me.

A place for men to start understanding themselves, learning from one another and developing the confidence to make different choices.

WHAT IF THE PATTERN IS PART OF THE PROBLEM?

Have you ever looked back over your life and realised that although the people or circumstances have changed, some of the same problems keep showing up?

Different relationship. Same arguments.

Different workplace. Same frustrations.

Different circumstances. Same insecurities.

You might find yourself constantly seeking approval, avoiding difficult conversations, trying to control situations because you're frightened of losing someone, or accepting behaviour you know isn't good for you because being alone feels worse.

Maybe you withdraw when things get difficult.

Maybe you become angry.

Maybe you try harder and harder to please someone who never seems satisfied.

Or maybe you've started recognising your own patterns of self-sabotage.

You assume the worst before something has even happened. You push away people who care about you, avoid opportunities because you're frightened of failing, or convince yourself something won't work before you've even given it a chance.

Sometimes it's easier to walk away first than risk being rejected.

Easier to stay where you are than risk discovering what you're capable of.

Now, I'm not suggesting that everything difficult in your life is your doing. Sometimes people treat us terribly. Sometimes life deals us an absolutely rotten hand.

But there is value in understanding how those experiences have shaped us.

The beliefs we've developed.

The behaviours we've learnt.

The things we now accept, avoid or fear.

Because sometimes the way we've learnt to protect ourselves can start working against us.

Some of the behaviours that helped you survive one chapter of life might be the very things stopping you from enjoying the next.

And when those behaviours keep costing you relationships, opportunities, confidence or peace of mind, they're worth understanding.

Because you can't keep wanting a different life while repeating the same behaviours that are holding you back.

That's where Future Me comes in.

TWELVE WEEKS TO INVEST IN YOURSELF.

Future Me is a structured 12-week live online personal development program for a small group of no more than ten men.

Over three stages, we'll explore how you see yourself, how you navigate relationships and challenges, and how you can begin making choices that reflect the man you want to become.

  •  WEEKS 1–4 | KNOW YOURSELF

Before you decide where you're going, it helps to understand where you're starting.

We'll look at the experiences, beliefs and expectations that have influenced the man you are today.

We'll explore your sense of identity, your personal values, your confidence and the way you see yourself.

Why do certain situations trigger strong reactions?

Why does rejection affect some men so deeply?

Why do you feel responsible for keeping everyone happy?

Why might you struggle to believe you're worthy of love, respect or happiness?

We'll begin recognising the difference between who you genuinely are and who you've learnt to be for everyone else.

And we'll ask a question that sounds simple but can be surprisingly difficult to answer:

What do YOU actually want from your life?

  •  WEEKS 5–8 | CHALLENGE YOURSELF

Understanding yourself is one thing. Doing something differently is another.

This is where we start looking at the patterns and behaviours that may be holding you back.

We'll explore communication, boundaries, trust, jealousy, insecurity, self-sabotage, assertiveness and the way you respond when life doesn't go according to plan.

We'll talk about difficult relationships, fear of being alone, people-pleasing and the difference between healthy compromise and constantly sacrificing your own needs.

We'll look at why you might push people away, avoid difficult conversations, fear rejection, seek constant reassurance or undermine your own progress, even when you genuinely want things to change.

And we'll examine how to approach uncomfortable conversations, express what you need without aggression or apology, and recognise when your reactions are being driven by fear rather than what's actually happening.

There will be practical challenges between sessions, giving you opportunities to try different approaches in your own life.

Because recognising a pattern is a beginning.

Changing what you do next is where things start to shift.

  •  WEEKS 9–12 | BACK YOURSELF

It's time to start making decisions that reflect the man you want to become.

In our final four weeks, we'll focus on confidence, accountability, self-respect and building a clearer sense of direction.

We'll explore what it means to back yourself without needing constant approval or reassurance from other people.

How to make decisions that align with your values.

How to take responsibility for your behaviour without carrying responsibility for everybody else's.

How to enjoy your own company.

How to recognise that the end of a relationship, the loss of a job or a difficult chapter doesn't have to define the rest of your life.

And how to build a sense of self-worth that isn't entirely dependent on your relationship status, career, income or what other people think of you.

You'll begin putting together a personal 90-day plan, identifying the changes you want to continue working towards after the program finishes.

Not a list of unrealistic promises.

A direction you can actually work with.

Talk about your brand

THIS ISN'T A COURSE YOU WATCH. IT'S A PROGRAM YOU PARTICIPATE IN.

I want to make something clear.

Future Me isn't a collection of pre-recorded videos that you watch whenever you get around to it.

I'll be there with you, live, every Tuesday evening from 7 pm to 8.30 pm.

For twelve weeks, we'll meet online for guided conversations, practical learning, group discussions and personal development exercises.

You'll be able to ask questions, contribute your thoughts and hear perspectives from other men who may have experienced situations very different from your own.

And because there are only ten places, everyone will have the opportunity to be involved.

You won't be expected to disclose deeply personal information to the group. Respect, discretion and the freedom to participate within your own boundaries are central to the experience.

I want you to feel comfortable enough to contribute, challenged enough to think and supported enough to try something different.

THE CONVERSATION CONTINUES BETWEEN TUESDAYS.

We'll also have a dedicated private WhatsApp group for our participants.

This is where I'll share weekly challenges, encourage discussion and provide a place for everyone to stay connected between sessions.

Because personal development doesn't happen only during a ninety-minute conversation.

It happens when you're faced with a difficult decision.

When you're about to react the way you always have.

When you need to set a boundary.

When you recognise an old insecurity creeping in.

Or when you manage something differently and realise you're making progress.

The WhatsApp group gives us somewhere to continue those conversations and encourage one another throughout the twelve weeks.

We'll agree on expectations around respect and privacy before the program begins. While confidentiality is expected of every participant, it cannot be absolutely guaranteed in a group setting.

AND AT THE END, IT'S JUST YOU AND ME.

Along with the twelve group sessions, every participant will receive a private 60-minute one-to-one session with me at the conclusion of the program.

Because although we'll be learning together, your circumstances, experiences and goals are your own.

This is our opportunity to sit down privately and talk about what the twelve weeks have meant for you.

What have you learnt about yourself?

What have you started doing differently?

What still feels difficult?

And where do you want to go from here?

We'll review your progress and your personal 90-day plan, so you leave with a clearer understanding of what you want to keep working towards.

The group experience is about learning and growing alongside other men.

Our final session is about you.

BECOME THE MAN YOU WANT TO BE.

I don't believe personal development is about turning yourself into somebody completely different.

There may be plenty about the man you are today that's worth keeping.

Your loyalty.

Your work ethic.

Your sense of humour.

Your determination.

Your ability to care deeply about the people in your life.

But there might also be things that no longer serve you.

The need to be liked by everyone.

The fear of being alone.

The belief that you're never good enough.

The habit of staying silent when something matters to you.

The jealousy that damages relationships.

The anger that comes out when you're actually hurt.

The tendency to keep giving long after you've run out of something to give.

The self-sabotage that keeps getting between you and the things you genuinely want.

You don't have to throw away everything about yourself to grow.

Sometimes it's about recognising what's worth keeping, what's worth changing and what you've simply outgrown.

And sometimes it's about accepting that you cannot change another person, save every relationship or control every outcome.

But you can work on how you understand yourself, communicate, make decisions and respond to the world around you.

Because we can't change every experience life throws at us, but we can work on the man who carries those experiences forward.

IT'S NOT TOO LATE. BUT IT WILL BE IF NOTHING CHANGES.

How many times have you told yourself things will be different next time?

The next relationship.

The next opportunity.

The next chapter of your life.

But what happens when the next chapter arrives and you bring the same fears, insecurities, habits and patterns with you?

You can spend years waiting for the right circumstances, the right person or the right moment to change.

But time alone doesn't change the things we keep avoiding.

And I don't want you looking back in another five or ten years wondering why you're still having the same arguments, making the same decisions or feeling the same way about yourself.

Not because you've run out of chances.

But because those are years of your life you could have spent living differently.

You don't need to have your life falling apart to join Future Me. You don't need to be in a relationship, have a particular career or know exactly what you want to change.

You might be rebuilding after a difficult chapter, trying to understand why you keep repeating the same patterns, struggling with confidence or simply feeling there's more to life than the one you're currently living.

You just need to be willing to invest some time and effort in yourself.

The man you are today is not necessarily the man you have to remain.

And if you're ready to find out what the next chapter could look like, I'd love to have you join us.
