We appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client who may be waiting.

Appointment Reminders:

You will receive a text reminder 24 hours before your treatment. Simply reply “Yes” to confirm or “No” to reschedule.

Missed Appointments or Late Cancellations (within 12 hours):

• First offense: We understand that life happens. Your booking may be rescheduled without penalty.
  
• Second offense: Prepayment may be requested for future bookings.
  
• Third offense (or repeat no-shows): Prepayment will be required for all bookings over the next 6 months. This includes treatments booked using gift cards or wellness credits.
  

Please note: For treatments exceeding $300, prepayment may be requested to secure your booking, regardless of previous appointment history.
