Booking Policy
By booking an appointment with Viktor Men’s Grooming + Wellbeing Lounge, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation and no-show policy.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations and unattended appointments/no-shows will incur 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their appointment time reduced to avoid impacting following bookings.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled and treated as a no-show, with the applicable cancellation fee charged.
Outstanding Fees
Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid prior to any future bookings being accepted.
An invoice/payment link will be sent via email or SMS following the missed appointment.
