Book Online or Call — Your Spot, Your Time

At Viktor, we set aside time just for you. To keep things running smooth and fair, here’s the deal:

• Cancelling or Rescheduling: Give us at least 24 hours notice if you can’t make it. That way someone else can grab your slot.
• Appointment Reminders: You’ll get a text 24 hours before. Reply “Yes” to lock it in, “No” to reschedule.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows (less than 12 hours)

• 1st time: No drama — we’ll reschedule.

• 2nd time: Prepayment may be needed for future bookings.

• 3rd time / repeated no-shows: Prepayment required for all bookings over the next 6 months, including gift cards.

High-Value Treatments:

• For treatments over $300, prepayment may be requested to secure your spot — no exceptions.
