About Miss M

Viktor is named after my father. His name was Victor.

Creating a space for men was never a business idea.

It became my life's work.

For seven years, while working full-time in a corporate role, I quietly built Viktor from home. I continued studying, worked one-on-one with men, listened to their stories and slowly shaped the philosophy that would eventually become this lounge.

It wasn't about opening another grooming business.

It was about creating the place I believed men deserved.

Over the years, life taught me something I could never ignore.

I've watched men quietly lose parts of themselves.

Not all at once.......... Gradually.

My husband died on Valentine's Day 2014 after living with PTSD and alcoholism.

Losing him changed the direction of my life.

I wanted to understand men more deeply— the way they think, the pressures they carry and why so many struggle in silence.

That journey led me to study counselling.

Four years later, my father passed away after Parkinson's slowly took away more than his physical health after his diagnosis in his 50's. I watched it change his confidence, his identity and, through the side effects of medication, his sexual function.

It was then I truly understood that a man's body, confidence, relationships and sense of self are deeply connected.

That experience eventually led me to study psychosexual therapy, because I wanted to better understand and support an area of men's lives that is rarely spoken about, yet so deeply connected to who they are.

Then in 2022, I lost my best friend Michelle to alcoholism.

Three people I loved.

Three very different journeys.

Each one reinforced the same lesson.

People rarely lose themselves overnight.

It happens quietly.

And often, nobody notices until too much has already been lost.

Those experiences didn't create Viktor.

They gave it deeper purpose.

Viktor was never built to provide just grooming treatments.

It was built to protect something much more important.

The man behind them.

I believe men deserve somewhere they can put the weight down for a while.

Somewhere they don't have to perform.

Somewhere they can arrive exactly as they are.

Somewhere they can exhale.

Whether a man comes to Viktor for a facial, a massage, a body treatment, grooming, a conversation or support with his sexual wellbeing, the purpose is always the same.

To help him continue showing up in his life with confidence, clarity and capacity.

The sports lounge inside Viktor isn't there because I wanted somewhere to serve a beer.

It's there because it reminds me of my dad.

He was a pilot.

After a day of flying, he'd sit in the clubhouse with the other pilots before heading home to their wives and children.

They'd enjoy a cold beer, share stories, laugh and at this time they were simply men.

No expectations. No pressure. No one asking anything of them.

It was never about the beer.

It was about having somewhere to exhale before stepping back into life.

I've never forgotten that.

That's the feeling I wanted to recreate, a chilled space where todays men could be, simply men.

Every decision inside Viktor comes back to one belief.

How a man shows up is maintained.

Through presentation.

Through recovery.

Through conversation.

Through care.

Because I don't believe most men need fixing.

I believe they need maintaining.

Every man deserves somewhere he can exhale.

I built Viktor to be that place.
