So here you are.

Standing at a crossroads.

The future you saw, planned and spent years working towards looks very different today.

Maybe you're feeling blindsided. Maybe you're angry. Maybe you're carrying guilt, grieving what you've lost or simply feeling completely lost. Perhaps part of you is relieved, but that relief has been replaced with uncertainty about what comes next.

Whatever you're feeling right now... it's okay.

Men find themselves at this point through all sorts of life events. Divorce. Redundancy. Retirement. The loss of a partner. A business that didn't work out. A health diagnosis. Children growing up and leaving home. Or perhaps your relationship has slowly changed through years of stress, illness or menopause, leaving the two of you wondering where you go from here.

Every man's story is different.

What they all have in common is one simple question.

What now?

The kids you used to have dinner with every night, tuck into bed and watch grow every single day are suddenly with you once a fortnight.

You're no longer everyday.

You're every second weekend Dad.

And I know that stings.

The financial future you spent twenty years building has just been cut up the guts. Retirement suddenly looks different, the plans you worked so hard for may need to be rewritten and, just when you thought life might finally be getting easier, it feels like you've been asked to start all over again.

Then there's everything else nobody really talks about.

The friendship circle you built as a couple quietly changes. Some people disappear. Others simply don't know what to say. Invitations become fewer, weekends become quieter and, for the first time in a very long time, you find yourself sitting in a house that doesn't quite feel like home yet.

Nobody really prepares men for that.

Everyone talks about the legal process, the property settlement, the financial agreement and the parenting arrangements. They're all important, but very few people stop long enough to ask one simple question...

How are you going?

That's the conversation I want to have.

Not because I have all the answers.

I don't.

And I certainly don't pretend to.

What I can offer is something many men haven't had for a long time... a place to think out loud. Somewhere you don't have to pretend you're okay, have everything figured out or carry the weight of everyone else's expectations for an hour.

Some men come because they're trying to rebuild after divorce. Others are trying to navigate a relationship that's changing, wondering whether they'll ever meet someone again or simply trying to make sense of the biggest life change they've experienced in years.

There isn't a script.

There isn't a checklist.

There isn't a right or wrong way to do this.

There's just your story, where life has brought you today and where you'd like it to take you next.

One thing I've learnt over the years is that the chapter you never wanted to write doesn't have to become the chapter that defines the rest of your life.

I've watched men rebuild relationships with their children. I've watched them regain confidence they thought they'd lost forever. I've watched men fall in love again after being convinced they never would. I've watched others discover a version of themselves they didn't know existed because, for the first time in decades, they were finally living life on their own terms.

Life may not have unfolded the way you imagined.

But that doesn't mean it can't still become something you're proud of.

You don't have to have all the answers today.

You just have to be willing to start the conversation.

Maybe that's today.

The First Step Doesn't Have To Be A Big One

You don't need to have your life figured out before booking.

You don't need to know exactly what the future looks like.

You don't even need to know what questions to ask.

You simply need somewhere to start.

Whether you're navigating separation, retirement, redundancy, a changing relationship or another major life event, this is a space to slow down, think out loud and start making sense of what comes next.

If there's one thing I've learnt over the years, it's this...

Life has a remarkable way of working itself out.

Not overnight.

Not without a few bumps.

But it does.

Sometimes all it takes is one conversation to change the direction you're heading.

If life has thrown you a curve ball and you're wondering "What now?"...

Let's start there.
